Go to the Roblox website and log in. Click on the gear icon at the top of the page, then click on “Settings”. Under “Audio & Video”, make sure that the “Voice Chat” option is set to “On”.
To start chatting, open up a game and click on the chat box at the bottom of the screen. Type in your message and hit enter to send it.
